Crazy

So I am in the process of finishing the 4th show I have worked on this term. It has been great though, too much free time really can wear on the mind. The most recent show has been a production of the Marriage of Figaro with the Greensboro Opera Company. Norman is the lighting designer and I am his assistant. It's been crazy fun, but draining. Learning much about the politics of this art, even more about the politics and games that need to be played for the opera world in particular. I really think I want to get into this whole "Opera" thing. I've been working a lot on the Opera I am designing in the Winter and I am loving it. Maybe this will be my career. Who knows. I'll just keep trucking along.

4th show? What are the other ones? I think it is primo-nice that Norman is 'helping' you out with real hands-on experience. Hopefully you get some down time before the winter season picks up for your Winter Opera..
